Katy Spangler- Registered Nurse
Katy Spangler grew up in San Antonio, Texas before graduating from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in May, 2019. Throughout her nursing career, she has volunteered at numerous hospitals and clinics, and has previous experience working in the Operating Room at Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Hospitals in Dallas and Plano. She is excited to join the team at Texas Neuropathy Clinics and work hands on with clients every day.
Mia Martinez grew up in Midland, Texas before attending college at Texas Technical University in 2015. She majored in Pre-Med Psychological Studies with a minor in Health Professions. She volunteered at Covenant Women’s and Children’s hospital for the 4 years she was in school, while also participating in club volleyball, and various other student clubs and organizations. Earning her CNA certificate during college to build her resume, she will get to utilize that certificate in our office as well as taking over the role of Business Development Manager. She hopes to grow with Neuropathy Treatment Clinics of Texas and be able to share her knowledge and skills she is learning building the clinic from the ground up with future clinic locations.
Sunshine Kucholtz received her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2003. She spent time working as a research technician at UT Southwestern Medical Center prior to creating and maintaining the financial record keeping of a local non-profit organization for nine years. Currently residing in McKinney, TX with her husband and their four children, Sunshine is excited to utilize a blend of her past experiences as a patient coordinator for this rapidly growing clinic.
Front Office Administrator
Mary Boggan grew up in Ennis, Texas surround by family in the medical field. She followed in her family's tradition and spent 9 years doing clinical rotations at Ennis Regional Hospital before attending nursing school at Navarro College. She moved her concentration to Medical Administration with a specialty in insurance, medical billing and finance. We are excited to have Mary join our team here at Neuropathy Treatment Clinics of Texas. She looks forward to helping patients with all of their insurance and financial needs, and ensuring they receive the best care possible.
Dr. Eric Ray
Dr. Eric Ray completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, and went on to get his Medical Degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. While there, he next completed his Internal Medicine Internship in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, he completed Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX.
From 2010-2011, Dr. Ray completed his Fellowship in Interventional Spine and went on to work as an Associate Physician at Tarpon PA in Plano, Texas from 2011-2013. In 2013, Dr. Ray began Southlake Sports and Spine in Southlake, Texas. He joined the Neuropathy Treatment Clinics of Texas in 2019 as the Medical Director.
George Kelly received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981 majoring in Accounting and Finance. He worked in the orthopedic device industry specializing in joint replacement and trauma for 30 years and retired back in 2014. Having numerous business ventures, George partnered in our sister clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma where they developed our unique approach to treat neuropathy and associated nerve pain issues. George and his wife Susan have three children and three grandchildren, all living in the DFW area.
